About us

ASA Scotland Charity

Ancre Somme Association Scotland is a voluntary charity. The charity was formed in 2015.

In 2016 we took a trip to the Battlefields and Memorials of France and Belgium to learn about the sacrifices made during WW1 and WW2.

We support veterans and military families, and we work with schools/community groups across the nation. We ensure young people fully understand the role of our Armed Forces - past, present, and future.

ASA Scotland Charity is located in Scotland, and we are dedicated to supporting our Armed Forces.

We engage and support schools, cadet forces, communities, veterans, Clergy, Councils, and our Armed Forces. We promote our Armed Forces history, we remember those who have served - past, present, and future.

We plan and organise National Armed Forces events, commission memorials, and bring communities together.

We also support our Armed Forces families, who are often forgotten.
